The Role:
As the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll lead a team across multiple practices in your region, helping to drive growth and ensure operational success. You’ll work closely with practice leaders and our corporate team to manage P&L, improve performance, and ensure exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with practice leadership to drive growth and improve financial performance
- Use data and KPIs to guide decision-making and operational improvements
- Lead and mentor practice teams, ensuring they meet goals and maintain high-quality care
- Travel 50% of the time to visit practices and provide support
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and team members
- Help implement office updates and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 5+ years of people management and 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Qualities: Self-starter, team player, flexible, and passionate about continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Experience in orthodontics or dental industry
- Familiarity with orthodontic practice management systems
